Dork

The Dork drink is made from white rum, Pisang Ambon, Licor 43, lemon juice and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.

Dork Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 oz Pisang Ambon Liqueur
• 1 dash Licor 43
• 4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1-4 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon slice, maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint.

• Lemon Slice
• Red Maraschino Cherry
• Mint Sprig
