Spicy Sara

The Spicy Sara drink is made from pepper vodka (aka Absolut Peppar), strawberry liqueur, red chili pepper, green chili pepper and tonic water, and served in a highball glass.

Spicy Sara Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pepper Vodka - Absolut Pepper
• 1 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 2 Chili Pepper - Red and/or Green
• Tonic Water

Instructions:

• Dice the red & green chilis after removing the seeds and any white flesh from the inside.
• Fill a highball glass with ice, then add the chilis, pepper vodka and strawberry liqueur.
• Top with tonic water, and garnish with a red chili.

Garnish:

• Whole Chili Pepper
