Sonoran Mojito

The Sonoran Mojito drink is made from rum, prickly pear cactus fruit, mint and sugar, and served in a highball glass.

Sonoran Mojito Ingredients:

• 2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit - carefully peeled
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 8 Mint
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Muddle the cactus pear, sugar and mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Add the rum and stir, then fill with ice.
• Top with club soda, and garnish with fresh mint.
