Sidecar

The Sidecar is a classic cocktail made from Brandy, Triple Sec and fresh lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Sidecar Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions:

• Wet the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with lemon juice, and dip in sugar.
• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into the glass without disturbing the sugar rim.
