Roman Cooler Drink Recipe

The Roman Cooler drink is made from Gin, Punt e Mes, Sweet Vermouth, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Punt e Mes
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 tsp Sweet Vermouth
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water (to fill)

• Add all ingredients, except the sparkling water, with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass full of ice cubes.
• Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
• Garnish with an orange twist.
