Pisco Sour

The Pisco Sour cocktail is made from Pisco, lemon or lime juice and sugar, and served in a cocktail glass.

Pisco Sour Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pisco
• 1-1/2 oz Lemon Juice - or lime juice
• 1/2 tbsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients with crushed ice until the ice is nearly dissolved.
• Pour into a cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
