Penzo

The Penzo cocktail is made from golden tequila, triple sec, cranberry juice and egg white, and served in a cocktail glass.

Penzo Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 oz Tequila (Gold)
• 2/3 oz Triple Sec
• dash Cranberry Juice
• dash Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

• Red Maraschino Cherry
