Midori Melon Mojito

The Midori Melon Mojito is made from Midori, light rum, mint leaves, lime and club soda, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Midori Melon Mojito Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1-1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• 12 Mint
• 1/2 Lime Juice
• 2 tbsp Sugar Syrup
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Muddle the mint leaves and lime in an old-fashioned glass.
• Add the simple syrup and swirl.
• Fill with ice, and add the rum, Midori and top with club soda.
• Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprigs.
