Mai Tai Drink Recipe

The Mai Tai drink is made from Cointreau (or triple sec), dark rum, white rum, amaretto, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.

• 2/3 oz Cointreau
• 2/3 oz Rum (Dark)
• 2/3 oz Rum (Light)
• 1/3 oz Amaretto
• 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Lime Juice
• Pineapple Juice

• Shake everything except the pineapple juice well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
• Garnish with freshly sliced pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
