Leblon and Sake

The Leblon and Sake cocktail is made from cachaca, sake, pineapple juice, lime and raspberries, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Leblon and Sake Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 oz Sake
• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 5 Raspberry

Instructions:

• Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice and the remainder of the ingredients, and shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a few raspberries.
