Kiwi Loves Cactus

The Kiwi Loves Cactus drink is made from Malibu coconut rum, prickly pear cactus fruit and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.

Kiwi Loves Cactus Ingredients:

• 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit
• Pineapple Juice

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Fill with ice and add the Malibu coconut rum.
• Top with pineapple juice and garnish with a kiwi slice.
