The Kilimanjaro drink is made from Amarula, creme de menthe, vodka and vanilla ice cream, and served in a tall chilled champagne flute.

Kilimanjaro Ingredients:

• 1 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Crème de Menthe - white
• 1/2 cup Ice Cream - vanilla

Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients until smooth.
• Pour into a tall chilled champagne flute.
• Garnish with crushed peppermint candy.
