Irish Coffee

The Irish Coffee drink is made from Irish whiskey, brown sugar, hot coffee and whipped cream, and served in a white wine or Irish coffee glass.

Irish Coffee Ingredients:

• 1 shot Irish Whiskey
• 2 tsp Brown Sugar
• Coffee - strong, hot
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Add the brown sugar and Irish whiskey to a thick-walled wine glass, or an Irish coffee glass.
• Put a spoon into the glass, and pour the coffee over the spoon to prevent cracking.
• Top with cream and garnish with a little ground coffee on top.

• Ground Coffee
