Gin Cassis

The Gin Cassis is made from Gin, Crème de Cassis and fresh lemon juice, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Gin Cassis Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Crème de Cassis
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass.

• Old-Fashioned Glass
