Genoa Cocktail

The Genoa Cocktail is made from Gin, Grappa, White Sambuca and Dry Vermouth, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Genoa Cocktail Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1-1/2 oz Grappa
• 1/2 oz Sambuca
• 2 tsp Dry Vermouth

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients with ice to a mixing glass.
• Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a spanish olive.
