Galliano Hot Shot

The Galliano Hot Shot is made from Galliano, coffee and whipped cream, and served layered in a shot glass.

Galliano Hot Shot Ingredients:

• 1 part Galliano
• 1 part Coffee - hot, strong
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Slowly add the Galliano to a chilled shot glass.
• Layer the coffee by pouring it very slowly over the back of a cold spoon.
• Top with lightly whipped cream.
