El Gato Negro

The El Gato Negro cocktail is made from cachaca, orange liqueur, blackberries, simple syrup and lime, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

El Gato Negro Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 6-8 Blackberry
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1 tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions:

• Press the juice from the blackberries and strain it into a cocktail shaker.
• Add the lime juice, cachaca, orange liqueur and simple syrup, and shake well with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with orange zest, and garnish with small orange wedges.

• Orange Zest
• Orange Slices
