Chocolatier Cake

The Chocolatier Cake drink is made from Brandy, Creme de Cacao and heavy cream, and served in a chilled spirit glass.

Chocolatier Cake Ingredients:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Crème de Cacao
• 1 oz Heavy Cream

Instructions:

• Chill all ingredients ahead of time.
• Carefully layer the ingredients into a chilled spirit glass by slowly pouring over the back of a spoon.

• Sherry Glass
