The Cape Brendans Coffee drink is made from brandy (aka KWV Cape), Irish cream (Saint Brendans or Baileys), hot coffee and whipped cream, and served in a wine or Irish coffee glass.

Cape Brendans Coffee Ingredients:

• 1/3 oz Grape Brandy - KVW Cape
• 2/3 oz Irish Cream - Saint Brendans
• Coffee - hot
• Light Cream

Instructions:

• Add the brandy and Irish Cream to a white wine or Irish coffee glass.
• Place a spoon in the glass to prevent cracking, then add the hot coffee and lightly shaken cream.
• Garnish with fresh mint.
