Bloody Carioca Drink Recipe

The Bloody Carioca drink is made from Leblon Cachaca, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and spices, and served in a hurricane or other tall glass with a short stem.

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 5 oz Tomato Juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• Celery Salt (pinch)
• Black Pepper (pinch)
• Cayenne Pepper (pinch)
• Nutmeg (pinch)
• Onion Powder (pinch)

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Rim a hurricane, or other tall stemmed glass, with paprika.
• Strain into the glass without disturbing the paprika, and garnish with a slice of cucumber.
