Basiado Drink Recipe

The Basiado drink is made from Leblon Cachaca, coconut cream, lemongrass, cucumber, lime and sugar, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 3-4 Lemongrass
• 2 slices Lime
• 2 slices Cucumber
• 3 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar (cane sugar)
• Cilantro

• Muddle the lemongrass, lime, cucumber and cane sugar in a cocktail shaker.
• Add the Leblon Cachaca and ice, and shake well.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice.
• Top with coconut cream and garnish with lime zest.
