The Baja New Year cocktail is made from chilled champagne, guanabana juice and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in a chilled champagne flute.

• Champagne
• 2 oz Guanabana Juice
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

• Add a sliced prickly pear cactus fruit to a chilled champagne flute.
• Add guanabana juice, and fill with chilled champagne.
• Garnish with a star fruit.
