The Amsterdam Cobbler drink is made from gin, orange curacao and pineapple juice, and served in a highball glass.

Amsterdam cobbler Ingredients:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Orange Curacao
• Pineapple Juice - to fill

Instructions:

• Fill a highball glass with ice.
• Add the gin and orange curacao, and fill with pineapple juice.
• Garnish with a few lime wedges.
