Amazonia

The Amazonia drink is made from Leblon Cachaça, white cranberry juice, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and champagne, and served in a highball glass.

Amazonia Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
• 1/2 oz Elderberry Juice - St. Germain
• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 4 Basil - fresh leaves
• Champagne

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Top with champagne, and garnish with a cucumber slice.
