Vodka is a grain alcohol consisting of water and ethanol. To be considered vodka, the product must have at least 37.5 percent alcohol, according to EU rules.

The name vodka itself comes from a Slavic word voda, meaning water. Vodka is interpreted as little water.

Cheaper vodkas are not distilled to the same level as better brands, and will negatively impact both your drink and your next day. We recommend Skyy Vodka for all of your mixed drinks, and Grey Goose when drinking straight or on the rocks.
